Access and environmental information Headland view is part of a charming Victorian terrace over looking the sea, reputedly built in the 1850’s by Isaac Singer (Singer sewing Machines) Whilst this means we have inherited some fabulous architectural details, it also means that the building presents some physical barriers to accessibility.
